An iconic UK Architecture practice with offices globally is looking for a BIM Coordinator with advanced knowledge of Revit to join their growing London studio.
About this role:
This large multi award-winning practice are expanding their digital design team and are keen to hire a BIM specialist with a passion for delivering high profile and exciting projects in BIM. You will work closely with the design team and will support them across a range of large scale commercial, residential, masterplanning, infrastructure and mixed use projects from early stage design through to completion working in Revit. You will also work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM Coordinators ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
About you:
- You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
- You will have Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
- You will have experience of delivering a project in BIM before
- You will have knowledge of UK BIM Framework Standards and building regulations
- You will have prior experience of developing BIM execution plans (BEPs)
- You will ideally have knowledge of Dynamo gained from working on live projects as well as Navisworks and clash detection experience
- You will have experience working in a similar role at a leading architecture or design studio
