Part-Time, Remote Role (28 hours/week) Support people with chronic health conditions into work and confidence. This fully remote, part-time role (28 hours/week) is perfect if you're looking for flexible work that fits around your life—and lets you make a real impact.
You’ll provide 1:1 support via phone or online to people living with long-term health conditions, helping them build confidence, return to work, or navigate challenges in their current role. You’ll also support project tasks like organising webinars, updating the website, and creating case studies—all within a small, supportive team.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in employment support, coaching, or advice
- A warm, empathetic approach and ability to work independently
- UK-based (essential)
- Awareness of chronic health conditions (desirable but not essential)
