Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage G&A costs across departments, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
2. Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic advice to budget holders.
3. Deliver reports, variance analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
4. Present financial performance updates to senior management.
5. Lead budgeting and forecasting, aligning with business goals.
6. Drive process improvements and automation in financial operations.
7. Mentor and support team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Qualified accountant with strong accounting and financial business partnering experience.
2. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong communicator, able to simplify financial data for non-finance teams.
4. Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
5. Proactive, confident in challenging assumptions and driving best practices.
6. Experience with Yardi and/or Anaplan is a plus but not essential.
