They’ve built a strong name in the market and are now growing their pre-con team ahead of a move into a brand-new office. You’ll need to be confident leading £1m+ tenders, managing multiple bids at once and presenting to clients. There’s progression here — the plan is to move into a Senior role within 12–18 months as the team scales.
