The Luxury Division (NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER) are now seeking a talented Shoot Producer to join the Production, Brand Content team.

Role purpose: The Shoot Producer will be responsible for commissioning and producing the best fashion, beauty and still life photography and video in the business, for all content needs across the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER businesses, including campaigns, editorial, social, video, and corporate shoots.
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Manage stills and video pre-production, on-set production and post-production from start to finish working closely with the Head of Photoshoots, Senior Producer, Fashion and Art teams. This includes booking all talent, locations and logistics.
- Producing a large volume of shoots per month, a minimum of one per week.
- Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, hair and make-up artists, set designers and photographic/talent/model agents, producers etc to ensure the highest possible level of talent.
- Use your international production contacts to smoothly manage productions abroad.
- Understanding fully market rates and routinely negotiate the best rates possible with photographers, agents and agencies.
- Manage and plan shoot budgets and ensure imagery has the correct usage rights to be leveraged and maximized across the business.
- Oversee Shoot Assistants’ financial and administrative duties to accurately complete processes in a timely manner, troubleshooting and delegating any issues that need attention.
- Use knowledge and experience to nurture and develop the shoots assistants, ensuring talent progression.
- Contribute ideas to fashion and creative and art directors on contributors to ensure content is on brand, and market leading.
- Be resourceful and adaptable to changing budgets, timings and shifting priorities.
- Collaborate across teams and manage with calm and assured leadership.
- Prepare and communicate production schedules and timing plans in sync with the content and creative calendars.
- Contribute to processes to enhance and increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Oversee image delivery, crediting and retouching.
- Oversee video post-production.
- Manage detailed records for usage contracts, agreements and contracts for future reference.

- Demonstrate solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry

- Depth of experience in shoot production with high calibre talent and artist portfolio
- Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communications and networking skills
- Great relationship with top tier photographers, talent/model/photographer agents
- Significant casting experience for high end fashion shoots
- A proven problem solver who is organised, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, self-motivated and eager to learn
- Highly experienced in budgeting and managing finance
- A good understanding of the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER aesthetics and tones
- Excellent attendance and time management skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word, Photoshop & Design applications an advantage.
- Willing to travel at short notice out of office hours
