Agora Talent is delighted to be working with a high-growth PE-backed commercial real estate business in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a 12 month maternity cover contract, with the chance to go permanent. Our client is experiencing impressive growth - currently at circa £25m turnover and targeting 20% year on year growth in the coming years from their existing 15 locations, with further investment in international expansion planned.
In this role reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead analysis projects examining booking trends, pricing strategies, and sales pipelines; handle key FP&A responsibilities and monthly/quarterly reporting and drive process improvements using Excel and Power BI. Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of weekly and monthly reporting.
- Supporting with quarterly reporting and annual budgeting.
- Presenting financial data, findings and reports to senior leadership and investors.
- Designing and implementing new dashboards, reporting structures and automations.
- Preparing board packs.
- Assisting with quarterly valuations.
- Conducting financial analysis.
Requirements:
- FP&A/Commercial Finance background.
- Part qualified with CIMA or ACCA.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Highly proficient with weekly and monthly reporting.
- Confidence in presenting financial data and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Experience implementing new systems.
- Exposure to PowerBI.
