This is a varied role that requires a high level of organisation, professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity. The successful applicant will lead a well-established and experienced administrative team reporting directly to the Head of Operations whilst providing administrative support to the Head to enable effective delivery of their duties. The successful applicant will also lead and line manage the administrative team, ensuring the delivery of day-to-day administrative operations.

Duties will include:

  • Inbox and complex diary management
  • Provision of administrative support to the Head
  • Drafting of reports and letters
  • Coordination of a wide range of administrative processes across the school
