Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Manager Asbestos located in Aylesham. The Contracts Manager Asbestos will be responsible for overseeing asbestos removal projects, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of asbestos removal regulations and procedures
2. Experience in contract management and project oversight
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Health and safety certifications related to asbestos removal
6. Previous experience in the construction industry
7. Experience working on public sector projects is an advantage
