ABOUT THE ROLE
As Digital Marketing Assistant you will assist in driving awareness, education and brand preference through digital platforms and fostering long term loyalty. You will optimise automated and personal outreach to consumers that supports them through their bereavement journey, as well as meeting the company's commercial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support development and implementation of annual marketing plan
- Ensure compelling consistent brand content for social media platforms to build the brand, increase sales, and drive traffic to website(s)
- Support website(s) performance, SEO, content, marketing automation, and CRM
- Support planning, development, implementation, messaging and delivery of events
- Support development and implementation of integrated campaigns that attract and nurture new consumers to the business by creating awareness and converting them into paying customers
- Evolve DTC nurture activity through to purchase and repeat purchase to increase life-time value
- Brief agencies on asset requirements, quotes, copy writing and creative development
- Conduct competitor reviews

ABOUT YOU
- At least 1 year of experience within marketing in the UK
- Awareness of marketing automation, PPC and digital reporting
- Computer literate competent with Microsoft, CRM systems and artwork editing
- Confident and accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Full (Manual) Driving Licence required and access to a car
