As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for covering the planning, preparation, and assessment time for classroom teachers, ensuring that high-quality teaching and learning continue in their absence. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple year groups within the primary phase, with flexibility and variety each day. As a PPA Teacher you will be required to: Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, following the school’s curriculum and ensuring consistency in learning outcomes. Ensure that all students are supported according to their individual needs, including SEN support where necessary. Provide clear and effective assessments of student progress, tracking their development and providing feedback to the class teachers. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
