The Role:

We are looking for experienced Windows 11 Deployment Engineers to support a client with their Windows 11 rollout. The engineers will be responsible for deploying Windows 11 devices, ensuring a seamless transition for end users, and providing professional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploying Windows 11 devices following a structured process.
• Handling device rebuilds overnight and handing them back to end users.
• Engaging professionally with customers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition.
• Following predefined steps for device setup, including logging in as a user and completing the profile process.
• Managing a room with multiple devices, ensuring timely completion of updates and installations.
• Adhering to professional services standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with Azure Intune and Exchange.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to follow a structured deployment process efficiently.
• Comfortable working late shifts if required.
• Experience in professional services environments preferred.
• Ability to engage with end users and provide guidance as required.
