We are seeking a strategic EMEA Finance Manager for our Value & Risk Advisory (VRA) sub-segment, reporting directly to the Global VRA Head of Finance. This role is perfect for a financial professional who excels in analytics, business partnership, and driving performance. You will be at the forefront of financial strategy, supporting our VRA team across EMEA.

- Lead the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective

- Analyse EMEA VRA pipeline to identify risks and opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and financial trends to guide strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy
- Provide crucial analytical support to business and finance stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
Requirements:
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels
