We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (SFBP) – Solutions to join our dynamic finance team at ClearCourse. In this key role, you’ll partner with senior leadership, support our acquisition strategy, and help drive commercial success across our payments and technology businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a translator between finance and our portfolio of businesses, simplifying complex financial data for key stakeholders.
- Support the M&A team in assessing acquisition opportunities from a payments perspective.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive commercial success, improve performance, and maximize growth opportunities.
- Keep the CFO informed on business performance, identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Take full ownership of financial results and forecasts for the Solutions pillar.
- Challenge budgets and forecasts, ensuring they’re data-driven and evidence-based.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasting.
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis for executive and board-level reporting.
- Continuously improve management information (MI) and reporting, focusing on leading and lagging indicators.
- Lead and develop FP&A resources, ensuring strong financial planning across the business.
- Work closely with the Finance Shared Services team to optimize accounting and transaction processing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified finance professional with 7-10 years PQE.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role within payments or financial services.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills.
- A strategic thinker who can influence decision-making and drive commercial change.
- Highly data-driven, with excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Planful, Power BI (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
