We are looking for a Data & Operations Analyst to join our thriving Data & Revenue Operations (D&R) Team. The remit of the Data & RevOps team is to deliver projects that enable high performance of our revenue generation teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer and Finance teams. The team provides data, insights and analysis to optimise revenue generating processes and maintains a fully adopted tech stack for these teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Executive Leadership Team to support Sales, Customer and Marketing teams.
- Deliver projects across the team, managing your own projects and assisting others.
- Engage with the C-suite around reporting and commercial analysis, from pipeline reporting to close lost analysis and board reporting to steer revenue strategy.
- Work on revenue operations projects, understanding user requirements to design and implement robust solutions in Salesforce and other revenue operations tooling.
- Utilise data skills to work on projects in Excel, PowerBI and AWS to build tools and reports that address business needs and analyse data for commercial decisions.
- Procure and adopt revenue operations tooling, monitor market developments including AI tooling, and ensure new tools are integrated into our ways of working.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working in commercial finance teams or revenue operations teams.
- Experience in high growth/post-acquisition scale ups is beneficial.
- Technical skills in order of desirability: Excel (advanced), PowerBI, Salesforce Sales Cloud, AWS - Athena (SQL), Glue, S3, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Knowledge Cloud, Hubspot (Marketing Hub).
- Experience with revenue operations tools such as Salesloft, BoardEx, Zoominfo, Gong and PlanHat or similar competitors is a plus.
- Project management skills, including problem understanding, requirement scoping, planning, documentation, execution, and training.
- Logic/problem solving skills to find the best solution to business problems.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration skills for effective teamwork and alignment of tools and processes.
