Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The Enterprise Effectiveness and Efficiency (EEE) Department is a newly established team for Bally’s, and you will join at a critical time as the team starts to kick off new and major projects. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's success by supporting initiatives that focus on the optimisation and transformation of organisational structures, processes, and systems.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of EEE initiatives to the appropriate levels of quality, on time, in accordance with scope agreed.
  • Supporting in planning the approach to delivering initiatives and proactively monitor progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions as appropriate.
  • Conducting organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for organisational design and effectiveness initiatives.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement organisational design strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitating initiatives, including restructuring, process improvement, target operating model updates, and workforce planning.
  • Supporting stakeholders in the creation of artefacts and documentation needed to deliver a successful outcome such as Process Maps, Org Scenario Plans, Job Descriptions, and Change Plans.
  • Conducting business process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of organisational design initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Upholding project governance and supporting tools.
  • Managing key interdependencies across EEE initiatives and the enterprise by working closely with the wider PMO team.
  • Facilitating communications with key stakeholders.
  • Creating, maintaining, and communicating the EEE Initiative Roadmap and Backlog.
  • Supporting initiatives in the creation of detailed project plans, key deliverables, scope, and requirements.
  • Establishing and ensuring a regular cadence of initiative governance meetings and coordinating stakeholder meetings and review points.

And what are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience supporting transformations in a global, cross-functional, or complex setting including delivering transformational projects and strategic initiatives focussed on business improvement, updates to the Target Operating Model, and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with effectiveness/efficiency type projects focused on people, processes, and tooling.
  • Experience in org design, talent management, workforce planning, or other people processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders up to board level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels built on trust and respect.
  • Excellent understanding of the inner workings of businesses including tech, marketing, operations, finance, legal, HR, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and competent facilitator, able to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong PM governance tools and process experience.
