We are looking for an AV Manager to join our talented AV team at Havas Media Network, working on the Dominos account. The successful candidate might already be a manager, looking for a new opportunity in an exciting and dynamic agency, or they might currently be an exec or senior exec and ready to step into the next level of their career.
As a key member of the AV team, the successful candidate will have experience of buying, planning and delivering across TV, Broadcaster VOD, CTV, audio and cinema and experience in managing, inspiring and training junior team members. The AV Manager will report into an AV Director, and manage the development of one to two AV Execs.
Expectations of an AV Manager include (but are not limited to):
- Accurate planning, monitoring and delivery of AV campaign(s) and those of direct reports
- Ensure pricing and quality requirements of your clients are delivered as directed by the AD or BD, and escalate when necessary and in a timely manner
- Understand the ‘whys’ behind campaign delivery variance, e.g. marketplace inflation, updating costs, programme conversions etc
- Ensure that client communications (e.g. spot times, reports, campaign updates) are delivered within agreed time frames, inspire confidence in our expertise and contain accurate details
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of processes (e.g. media bookings, reconciliations) and those of your direct reports
- Develop trusted client and client team relationships across your portfolio
- Competently present to clients (e.g. PCAs, response to briefs)
- Educate, develop and inspire AV Execs reporting into you
- Support on audit response and tracking across your client portfolio with the guidance of your AD
- Create responses to brief for TV, audio, BVOD, cinema with clear data led rationale with support where necessary
- Comfortable and competent with Excel, Powerpoint, Techedge, Caria, K2, J-et, Audio Planner, DEN, Doubleclick
