Join a dynamic and expanding culture communications agency in London. They work with major music tech platforms, iconic music festivals, and other cultural projects. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead a team of four and drive impactful 360 communications campaigns across content, comms, social, activations, and partnerships.
The Role:
- Strategic Client Leadership: Cultivate and strengthen high-level client relationships, ensuring campaign objectives are not only met but exceeded, and providing strategic counsel.
- Team Management & Development: Lead and inspire a team of four, overseeing workflow, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive 360 communications campaigns, encompassing content creation, public relations, social media strategy, experiential activations, and strategic partnerships, from initial ideation to successful execution.
- Partnership Development & Management: Identify and secure new opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations, maximizing platform engagement and brand visibility.
- Creative Direction: Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, driving innovative and impactful ideas for new projects and clients.
- Event Leadership: Oversee and manage teams at live events and activations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional brand experiences.
- Financial & Project Management: Create and manage detailed campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Content & Communications Development: Produce high-quality written materials, including press releases, strategic communication plans, and engaging social media content.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years of agency experience in 360 communications across content, PR, events, activations, social media and partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a team.
- Deep understanding of the cultural landscape and how high-profile brands operate within it.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong experience in developing and delivering against KPIs and targets.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing communications toolkits.
