What you will do:

  • Build and drive day-to-day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers.
  • Set the direction of your team. Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges and create an actionable plan to solve them.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams in shaping the product.

What you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of software architectures.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in leading small and mid-sized development teams.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or experience in a relevant field.
  • Solid programming skills, a track record, and passion for improving the code structure and architecture to enhance testability and maintainability.
  • Great project management skills to lead, care about product ownership, an outstanding customer-centric mindset, and solving problems for our customers.
  • Hands-on development experience using Python, Django, MongoDB, React, AWS is a plus.
