The details
Our client, a PE backed Financial Services business, is looking for an Interim Finance Transformation Consultant. This will be a key role in defining, delivering and coordinating all aspects of the finance transformation programme. You will be responsible for managing the Transformation portfolio, developing and maintaining the delivery of the finance roadmap.
Key accountabilities:
- Playing a central role in the Group Finance Transformation leadership team, developing the function to successfully lead the strategic change.
- Managing the transformation portfolio, ensuring delivery of the right outcomes for the right spend and running portfolio-level governance, balancing control with pace of delivery.
- Responsible for running the fortnightly Transformation Committee, the senior decision-making group overseeing the transformation portfolio.
- Working closely with executive and leadership teams across the business to ensure the success of the company’s portfolio.
- Responsible for undertaking regular portfolio reviews to ensure strategy and budget are being met.
The successful applicant will have extensive finance transformation and project delivery experience along with comprehensive planning, strategy, and business case development. You will also have experience of budget management with an awareness and understanding of OPEX and CAPEX, proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and constructively challenge up to an executive level.
