The role:
You will support the Revenue Management Director by providing analytical insights, data-driven recommendations, and operational strategy to enhance commercial excellence across their network. This role will focus on customer journey analytics, profitability analysis, CRM optimization, growth strategy and technology adoption. You will have a range of responsibilities including:
- Analysing customer journey data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in defining and implementing Key Account strategies.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive commercial toolkit for capacity management, pricing strategies, and customer onboarding.
- Conducting detailed analysis of customer profitability, rate variance, and pricing approaches.
- Managing the annual review process for customer profitability and competitive dynamics.
- Preparing reports and presentations for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supporting the refinement and adoption of the CRM system to enhance customer insights and pipeline management.
- Coordinating with commercial teams to maintain visibility of capacity utilization and ensure optimal fill rates across facilities.
- Driving commercial and sales strategy across locations.
The preferred candidate will have:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in consulting, logistics, or commercial environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
