About Us
The 29 Fleet Street Ltd is a long established, independent clinic offering a varied range of private medical and healthcare services to individual patients and companies. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Lead to join our clinic team. We are looking for someone full of ideas, naturally proactive and able to keep up in a fast-moving clinic environment. You’ll already have a good understanding of how content marketing can be used for building brand awareness & driving bookings to our London-based clinic. Working with our marketing consultant, the successful candidate will be a key player in driving growth and loyalty in the UK and globally; whilst supporting the overall marketing strategy. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday (40 hours a week) and offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity for career development. The role is clinic-based and not suitable for working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day marketing for all three clinic brands.
- Interact with our clinicians and patient-facing staff to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services in order to promote them effectively.
- Manage and maintain clinic websites and social media channels including Fleet Street Clinic, Whitby & Co. & flujabs.org, communicating relevant staff and external contractors as appropriate.
- Create and edit engaging content.
- Write and design regular clinic newsletters and patient communications as well as send them out.
- Research, collect, and analyse relevant data from Fleet Street and external providers in order to assist with business growth.
- Create new / oversee existing in house and external marketing campaigns (including digital marketing, A-boards); track their effectiveness; and report to the Clinic Manager and Directors.
- Assist in planning and managing the marketing budget alongside senior leadership.
- Design and enforce appropriate branding and campaigns where appropriate.
- Communicate across departments to ensure consistent branding and to bring awareness to relevant trends or opportunities.
- Lead marketing for special projects, including the clinic’s 30th anniversary events.
- Support the clinic’s quality standards/accreditations.
- Oversee the purchase and maintenance of promotional materials such as branded items and signage.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or content role.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Competent in Canva; bonus if you have video editing or Adobe design experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple brands and channels.
- Able to take initiative and run with ideas, with strategic support when needed.
