Description
- Provide overnight functional support for the Blue Yonder (JDA 9.1 Discrete) WMS
- Work onsite Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am at the Didcot distribution centre
- Manage and triage support tickets, escalating critical issues as needed
- Configure WMS products and maintain smooth system operations
- Collaborate with distribution and IT teams across UK and Australia
- Operate independently overnight, ensuring continuity of service
- Occasional cover for day shifts may be required
Profile
- Proven experience with Blue Yonder/JDA 9.1 Discrete is essential
- Strong background in WMS support and distribution environments
- Able to manage time effectively and work autonomously during night shifts
- Confident communicator with solid stakeholder engagement skills
- Skilled in ticket triage and prioritising urgent issues
- Must live within 30 minutes of Didcot - this is a business-critical requirement and no exceptions will be made
