Executive Assistant to Founder – Maternity Cover (Office Based)

Location: City of London

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE

Contract: Maternity Cover (12m FTC)

Our client, a dynamic and respected boutique architectural practice, is looking for an EA to support their Founder on a maternity contract basis. This fully office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre EA looking to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive diary and travel management
  • Support with strategic initiatives and identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare meeting documents, take minutes, and track follow-ups

  • Inbox management and communication handling
  • Manage personal diary, social calendar, and errands for the Founder
  • Oversee household logistics, including vehicle servicing and gift buying

About You:

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience at senior or Founder level
