We are collaborating with a leading diabetes diagnostic company who is looking to expand within the UK. They are an innovative company looking to bring 3 new products to the market. We are searching for a Marketing Director who has experience operating with BGM and/or CGM devices, with experience operating with KOLs within the Endocrinology space.
As the UK Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen our brand presence, engage key stakeholders, and maximize market penetration for our existing and new products. Reporting to the UK General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our diabetes portfolio, leading a high-performing marketing team, and working cross-functionally with sales, medical, and regulatory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to enhance brand positioning and market share.
- New Product Launches: Lead the go-to-market strategy for three new diabetes products, ensuring successful market entry, adoption, and growth.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders to drive brand awareness and credibility.
- Campaign Management: Develop and oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies to engage target audiences effectively.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Budget & Performance Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns, and measure performance through KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Work closely with medical and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing activities align with UK healthcare regulations and industry standards.
