Our client, a high-profile Hotelier with luxury properties in London and LA, requires a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support with his day-to-day general needs and business calendars. A calm and unflappable manner is crucial; plans will change at the last minute, and taking this in your stride and coming up with a plan B will be needed on a regular basis. You must have excellent communication and prioritisation skills and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
With an A-list clientele and UHNW luxury lifestyle, the principal mixes in celebrity circles. Someone from a talent or entertainment background would be well suited, and an understanding and brand awareness of luxury hotels in London and LA would also be a huge advantage. This is not a 9am to 5pm position, and absolute flexibility and commitment are key. Candidates must be willing and able to commit completely to the role and be available to work in different time zones when required. You will be based in the head office in Marylebone, London, and working alongside his Personal Assistant.
Hours: Full time with regular out-of-hours support
Location: Marylebone
Salary: £75k-90k dependent on experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining their business diary and coordinating with management and heads of departments regarding his work schedule
- Coordinating business meetings with outside entities and ensuring efficient scheduling to optimize their time
- Handling all correspondence and screening calls and enquiries
- Handling his emails and ensuring follow-ups are executed and deadlines are met
- Acting as a liaison between management and other departments, ensuring perfect coordination across all hotel operations
- Accompanying the client day-to-day when needed and being available to travel if required
- Prioritising conflicting needs
- Actioning itinerary plans, including travel and business-associated events
- Supporting the Global VP of Brand and Strategy when required
Candidates must be / have:
- Vast experience as an EA in a fast-paced industry
- Exceptional written correspondence skills
- Experience with high profile/VIPs is desirable but not necessary
- A proactive problem solver who can work independently and efficiently
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
