Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Act as the main point of contact for buyers, providing updates and support.

Manage CRM systems, keeping track of customer interactions and key milestones.

Organise and attend buyer-focused events to enhance the customer experience.

Support the coordination of show homes and marketing suites to maintain high standards.

Liaise with internal teams, including sales, development, and customer service, to deliver an exceptional service.
About You:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.

Excellent organisation and time management.

Experience within property, new homes, or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.

Experience with sales progression and customer relations is preferable.
