WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in Crystal Palace. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage installation works ranging from £5k to £2m.
A minimum of 5 years' experience required. The successful applicant will have a proven background in the Fire and Security industry. The position would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, good customer relations and the ability to manage people and multiple on-going projects.
Key tasks and responsibilities:- Manage multiple installations ranging from £5k to £2m
- Agree project objectives
- Be responsible for timely labour and equipment deliveries to site and manage on site progress
- Conduct site and project meetings
- Ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly
- Perform risk management to reduce potential risks
- Good communication skills
- Ensure the quality standards of the project are met
- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
- Oversee the accounting, costing and billing
- Report to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
- Proven track record of technical knowledge within the fire and security industry
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail
- CSCS Card or equivalent
- FIA Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Salary highly competitive
- 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising 1 day per year after 5 years service; up to a maximum of 34 days. Plus, an extra day for your birthday
