WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in Crystal Palace. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage installation works ranging from £5k to £2m.

A minimum of 5 years' experience required. The successful applicant will have a proven background in the Fire and Security industry. The position would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, good customer relations and the ability to manage people and multiple on-going projects.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple installations ranging from £5k to £2m
  • Agree project objectives
  • Be responsible for timely labour and equipment deliveries to site and manage on site progress
  • Conduct site and project meetings
  • Ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly
  • Perform risk management to reduce potential risks
  • Good communication skills
  • Ensure the quality standards of the project are met
  • Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
  • Oversee the accounting, costing and billing
  • Report to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
Essential requirements:
  • Proven track record of technical knowledge within the fire and security industry
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills including attention to detail
  • CSCS Card or equivalent
  • FIA Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary highly competitive
  • 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising 1 day per year after 5 years service; up to a maximum of 34 days. Plus, an extra day for your birthday
