OH Medical are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor and an OH Advisor to join our client and their in-house Occupational Health team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working 5 days per week onsite in Northampton!
As a Senior OH Advisor, your typical duties will include:
- Case Management
- Line management of OHAs and OHTs
- Work with the Head of OH to develop and implement policies and procedures
As an OH Advisor, your typical duties will include:
- Case Management
- Pre-placement Questionnaires
- Health Surveillance
- Fitness to work assessments
Required Skills:
- Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Holding an Occupational Health diploma or degree is preferable.
- Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, including case management & health surveillance
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £45,000 to £55,419 per annum
- In-house training and development
