This highly regarded and long established law practice has a strong reputation in the private client market. The trust team, which sits within the Firm's private client team, is extremely busy both with a significant existing portfolio and referrals. As a result, they have created a new role for a trust assistant. The role is broad ranging and will include the preparation of trust, estate, and charity accounts, and tax returns as well as trust administration. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in probate work and ad hoc advisory work with the full support and guidance of the senior manager.
You are likely to have:
- Experience of working as part of a trust team within an accounting or law firm or wealth management company.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, HMRC and colleagues within the wider firm.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- A willingness to learn.
