Position Overview
The product organisation covers our product owner, business analyst and user experience design community across credit risk technology. We are responsible for the definition, prioritisation and execution of the change and strategy we have across our products in close collaboration with engineering, architecture and the CRM change organisation. Everything we do is aimed at building a product & user centric, product focused organisation driving and challenging the business and our stakeholders to build first-in-class products for Deutsche Bank.

Your key responsibilities
- Developing, creating, and communicating product vision and roadmap with the business owners, delivery teams & solution/system architects.
- Managing and prioritising backlog and ensuring value delivery is embedded in Agile planning and delivery via prioritised features and enablers.
- Developing as an SME and primary point of contact for all relevant stakeholders in business and engineering, giving them timely, transparent, and metric driven updates.
- Developing and providing strategic business solutions under credit risk domain to business problems, efficiency gains, regulatory findings and front to back integrations.
- Being responsible for product quality through compliance of UX, architecture & business process and the SDLC cycle and release to production.
- Providing management and technical/domain guidance to teams across multiple locations and senior escalation point for all stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
- Experience working in financial services, ideally in risk domain.
- Experience as product owner & product management in an agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority with proven experience in successfully driving roadmaps and delivery of large-scale regulatory, risk, data or technical programs.
- Experience and/or good working knowledge of credit risk concepts and processes.
- Good data analysis skills, experience in writing simple SQL queries for analysis would be a great enabler to perform the role well.
- Good to have knowledge on data analytical tools of Tableau, Qlik.
