We are currently looking for a Quality Systems Officer to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Oxford area. As the Quality Systems Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of quality systems, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge biotherapeutics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the System Administrator/Vault Owner in Veeva Vault (Quality & Clinical), supporting both UK and US sites.
- Train, support, and advise Veeva end users on system requirements and workflows.
- Manage day-to-day troubleshooting and support end user queries within Veeva Vault.
- Oversee mandatory Veeva Releases, performing impact assessments and validation via Change Control to maintain the systemβs validated state within strict deadlines.
Role Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proven industry experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with Veeva Vault, especially Veeva QualityDocs.
