Key Responsibilities: Talent Development Strategy: Define and implement approaches for identifying, developing, and tracking high-potential and critical talent. Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership programmes, with a focus on supporting leaders during the first year of the new organisation (to April 2026). Management Development: Establish practical tools and support to build confident, capable people managers who enable team success. Learning Proposition: Develop a centralised learning offer aligned with strategic goals and employee growth aspirations, as highlighted in engagement surveys. Capability Building: Partner with business functions to address specific capability needs through pragmatic, measurable initiatives. Competency Frameworks: Lead the creation of competency frameworks to support skill and capability growth across the organisation. Function-Specific Development: Support functions in building tailored development tools to meet their business objectives. Change Management: Enable effective organisational change through a structured and adaptable change management framework. Requirements: CIPD or FCIPD certification is essential. Proven experience in Organisational Development, change management, building capability, and leadership development.
