Crypto Quant Trader

A World-Class Quant Fund are seeking a Crypto Quant Trader for their London office.

This role requires working every other weekend and a regular day shift 4 days per week.

Your role:

• Oversee and trade cryptocurrencies on various exchanges and platforms.
• Continuously monitor trading activities, strategy performance, and associated risks.
• Implement signals and relevant datasets within our global execution platform.
• Share your trading and market expertise by collaborating on production results, methodologies, datasets, and processes with fellow traders and researchers.
• Track signal behavior and execution platform performance over time, implementing improvements as needed.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in at least one leading programming language, with Python preferred and C++ beneficial.
• Experience with large datasets across multiple time frames is advantageous.
• Intellectual curiosity to explore new datasets, solve complex problems, drive innovation, and connect insights across multiple fields.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collegial and collaborative environment.
• Trading expertise and market knowledge that can be applied in a systematic context.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technologists, researchers, and traders globally.
• Fundamental knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a plus.
