We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor that has recently secured a large, multi-phased project in South East London. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion. This contractor is known for delivering high-quality M&E projects across various sectors, offering a structured and well-supported environment. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual to drive this project forward.
The Role:
- Managing the mechanical installation from pre-construction through to project completion.
- Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Working closely with the wider M&E team, project managers, and site personnel.
- Ensuring strict health & safety compliance and best practices on-site.
- Reporting project progress and addressing any challenges with senior management.
