Carrington West is working with a client to recruit a Senior Strategic Transport Planner to support key transport strategies, policy development, and infrastructure planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver area-based transport studies, including marketing, communications, and engagement.
- Conduct strategic transport modelling to support long-term planning.
- Develop and support business cases for transport schemes.
- Contribute to the Local Plan, ensuring transport considerations are integrated.
- Advise on public transport policies, including bus services, rail service development, and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).
- Provide transport policy input to planning applications, influencing development decisions.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Strategic Transport Planner.
- Proven experience within the public sector, preferably in local government.
- Expertise in transport strategy development and policy planning.
