Job Description

The Business Crime /Regulatory Solicitor will be:

• Managing complex business crime cases, including large-scale fraud investigations
• Advising individuals and corporate clients facing investigations by the police, FCA, and other regulatory bodies
• Liaising with regulators, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure clients\’ interests are protected
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as case files, reports, and evidence submissions
• Representing clients in interviews and hearings when necessary

The Successful Applicant

The Business Crime Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor (or equivalent) with 0-5+ years PQE in business crime or white-collar crime
• Experienced in managing large fraud cases and dealing with regulatory bodies such as the FCA
• Able to provide sound legal advice in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
