The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain expertise in a new field and become a specialist recruitment resourcer and join a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider. A common misconception about this role is that you need to be coming from a recruitment related background to be a successful recruiter/resourcer; however, some of the highest billing consultants have degrees in History, Politics, Marketing, and Music to name a few. No prior experience in recruitment is required. If this is your first role or you are changing careers, you will receive training & support and have plentiful opportunities for fast track promotion.

Role & Responsibilities
- Searching for candidates from their system and job boards.
- Importing candidates onto their in-house database.
- Registering candidates.
- Ensuring that all allocated roles to yourself are worked on, keeping the Consultant up to date on the progress of your searches and possible candidates.
- Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients.
- Importing documentation onto their in-house system.
- Sending job specs to candidates.
- Answering calls as and when positions are advertised.
