Must Have’s
- Strong communication skills – you’re empathetic, confident, and know how to ask the right questions, you must enjoy speaking to people from all walks of life
- Ability to manage your own caseload, but know when to escalate complex issues
- Experience working with Microsoft packages, you’ll be emailing and report writing daily
Nice to have’s
- Background or qualification in healthcare, occupational health, HR, or exercise science
So, what will you be doing?
- Assessing medical conditions and identifying treatment options and potential risks
- Supporting members through their care journey and offering expert guidance
- Liaising with NHS and private providers to arrange referrals
- Ensuring all care aligns with healthcare policies and plan guidelines
- Working closely with the onsite Functional Health Team for a truly holistic approach
