Senior Electronic Design Engineer

Senior Electronic Design Engineer GBP40-50k Newport Hybrid (Relocation support available)

My client is an established electronic design & manufacturing company, specialising in the supply and maintenance of electronic hardware.

They have recently expanded their R&D capacities and are looking for an Electronic Design Engineer.

Main duties:

1. Schematic design
2. Prototyping and debugging
3. Developing embedded code

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Degree in Electronics or similar, and 3+ years\’ experience in an electronics design role
2. Experience with high speed digital circuit design (e.g. DDR)
3. Good understanding of PCB design & schematic capture

Bonus:

1. Experience developing ARM MCUs in embedded C/C++
2. Linux & RTOS experience
