We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance & Agency Cover Coordinator. If you are passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and have a knack for coordinating agency cover, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead on vetting compliance within People Services.
- To maintain an up to date Single Central Record.
- To coordinate agency cover for the College.
- To accurately monitor agency cover expenditure.
Requirements:
- Appropriate professional qualification e.g. CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this or professional equivalent.
- Proven experience in compliance and agency coordination.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
