Cognia Law is seeking two innovative Engagement Managers to drive growth and transform our Flexible Resourcing platform. This is your chance to be a key player at an exciting time in our journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service, including management of third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and preparation with precision and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive candidate support, from briefing to post-placement engagement, while driving retention initiatives for Cognia's Flex community.
- Take the lead in proactively managing compliance, addressing risks and issues, and overseeing due diligence processes.
- Handle internal and external reporting with accuracy and clarity.
- Oversee ongoing assignments, providing feedback, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.
Requirements:
- A tertiary-level qualification (BA/BS) that forms the foundation of your professional expertise.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and embraces growth opportunities.
- The ability to connect effortlessly with both talent and clients, building relationships that inspire trust and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport, influence decisions, and engage stakeholders at every level with confidence.
- 2-5 years' experience as a relationship manager, ideally in legal services, financial services, or professional services—where you’ve honed your ability to deliver results and exceed expectations.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and organizational prowess, keeping you ahead in a role that demands agility and precision.
- A polished phone manner coupled with strong objection-handling skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
