This is a new studio vacancy for an experienced Unreal Engine Environment Artist, a senior role ideal for someone who can pick up a creative brief and be trusted to deliver the required visuals and animations with limited supervision.

Get to work for a leading CGI Production House based in the East Midlands of the UK who also have studio space available in Los Angeles, to support their North American high-profile automotive client portfolio. The company shares a love of computers and cars, evident in their world building output for some of the biggest automotive manufacturers on the planet.

As a Senior Unreal Artist, you will work across creative briefs that encompass car images, animations and virtual locations that will help to showcase innovative new product launches by a variety of established OEMs. Working as a conduit between the agency and client, you will become an integral member of the team, creating outstanding photo realistic environments that are used in many different forms of global advertising.

You will be responsible for modelling, texturing, lighting and the set-up of scenes from start to finish. Expect busy city environments, quieter eco-friendly locations and amazing modern architecture to be produced and filmed. There is little here that is off the table so expect to have all your senses, creativity and artistry to be fully utilised!

Unreal Engine use is crucial, up to the latest versions, supplemented by expertise across Gaea, 3DS Max, Houdini and the Adobe Creative Suite. It's helpful to have automotive, transport, aerospace or marine experience, demonstrable via photo realistic portfolio examples, however those outside of transport, that are working with Unreal for world creation and architectural visualisation will very much be of interest too.

A very competitive salary is on offer, along with state-of-the-art studio facilities and some consideration given to hybrid working.
