Senior Finance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Finance Manager to join our new London office in our Accounting & Finance Outsourcing Team – you’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, be commercially minded, and help us continue to build the best client service that differentiates us from the rest. Role requirements:

• Manage a client portfolio of tech startups and scale-ups

• Prepare and review statutory and management accounts

• Experience of managing and motivating staff, reviewing and assigning work, and assisting with training and development

• Carry out performance reviews bi-yearly

• Onboard new clients making a great first impression

• Establish strong relationships with clients and provide CFO and business advisory support

• Work directly with the CEO on commercial activities

• Provide commercial support to the sales team

• Strong on online accounting software tools eg. Xero, Dext etc.

• Learn new mid-sized business software eg. Sage Intacct

• Champion vision, mission and a supportive but high performing culture

• Fully ACCA/ACA Qualified and technically solid

• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as an Outsourcing Manager in practice or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero is a big plus

• Strong with statutory accounts, accounts payable processes and financial management.

• Excellent communication skills, approachable and friendly

• Commercially minded, Bachelor’s (preferred), Management: 3 years (preferred)
