Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key advisor to major investors, providing expert guidance on all aspects of data centre development, from build and design to operational readiness.
  • Lead and manage discussions surrounding site selection, commercial viability, power & cooling requirements, and real estate logistics.
  • Be a trusted consultant on policy, procedures, and risk management, ensuring projects get off the ground smoothly.
  • Play a pivotal role in pre-sales, due diligence, and inbound requests, helping drive business growth for the consultancy.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering high-level strategic advice.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-8 years' experience in Data Centre Design Consultancy or similar high-level advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including mechanical cooling, power, real estate, and environmental considerations.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions and negotiations with C-Level executives and investors.
  • Experience with policy, procedures, and risk management for data centre projects is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, splitting time between the impressive London HQ and your home location.
