Role: Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion Implementation
Location: Leeds, hybrid
Salary: £90,000, up to 20% bonus and uncapped holiday allowance

Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design and integration for Oracle Fusion across a global enterprise.
- Define data flows and mappings, ensuring seamless integration with finance, procurement, payroll, and HR systems.
- Oversee the transition from on-prem Oracle finance systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring successful data migration and system interoperability.
- Work closely with enterprise IT teams to integrate security and management solutions.
- Engage with senior finance, IT, and procurement stakeholders to shape system architecture and technical strategy.
- Support technical implementation and troubleshooting across finance transformation and enterprise IT integration initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, ideally transitioning from on-prem Oracle solutions.
- Strong solution architecture and data integration expertise within finance and procurement transformation programmes.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex system integrations (finance, HR, security, and procurement platforms).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with cross-functional teams in IT, finance, and procurement.
