Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account teams and channel partners for Fortune 500 customer accounts, managing customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success.
  • Participate in customer discovery to understand their current state and map solutions using Atlassian products.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion.
  • Assess client pain points through investigation and discovery.
  • Become a product expert and demonstrate the value of Atlassian software during pre-sales.
  • Understand the full suite of Atlassian offerings and articulate how they work together.
  • Lead value-based demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Guide customers' technical needs to secure buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships with account executives, discussing pipelines and opportunities.
  • Gather and share product feedback and competitive intelligence internally.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge and sales processes.

Your Background:

  • We seek a dynamic team member with a go-getter attitude, eager to learn and teach, with a track record of engaging with enterprise customers in pre-sales roles.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise customers, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem solver, able to interpret complex business problems and deliver solutions.

  • Passionate about learning, growth, and customer success.
  • Customer-centric with experience building executive relationships and collaborating internally.
  • Experience in government or highly regulated industries is a plus.
