JOB SPECIFICATION To deliver exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the daily operations of the customer service department. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers and sales representatives, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle enquiries through multiple channels including telephone and email.
