A little more about your role… We are seeking an enthusiastic Principal Engineer to support our regional Development Team in Birmingham, focusing on civil engineering for development infrastructure.
You will work within a team to lead and produce designs and drawings for construction projects and deliver technical reports for masterplanning and in support of planning applications. You can expect to be active on several projects and client accounts at any given time. You will report to a senior member of the Development Team.
You will be involved in:
- Day to day project management in the delivery of concept studies and strategies with hands on design, leading to planning applications or construction drawing issue.
- Taking financial responsibility for your projects and being responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered to budget, programme and technical standards.
- Working on varied multi-disciplinary projects and client accounts, liaising with clients.
