The Role

A key leadership role within MindShare’s Ford Media team, the Systems Integration Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the media strategy in alignment with Ford’s Business Solution and electrification vision. This role is integral in ensuring media plays a proactive role in future-proofing Ford’s data, analytics, and automation capabilities while delivering on Ford’s short-term sales goals.

Specifically, you will:

  • Provide strategic oversight for digital transformation projects, identifying operational and technological gaps and developing comprehensive plans to address them.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, driving alignment and adoption of new data, analytics, and automation initiatives across Ford’s media ecosystem.
  • Own the roadmap for integrating automation tools that enhance analytics-driven decision-making within the digital activation team.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a scalable automation strategy to drive efficiencies in campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Steer the adoption of MindShare’s media planning tool (MAP), ensuring adherence to data best practices while facilitating training and support.
  • Lead integration of advanced analytical models (MMM, MTA, DCO, etc.), ensuring they power Ford’s media strategy effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless knowledge-sharing, alignment, and education between global and local teams.
  • Act as the key connector between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and media execution.

Essential Criteria

  • Substantial media experience with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and automation.
  • Expertise in digital media, analytics, and automation, with experience at both local and global levels.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and automation solutions for media planning and reporting.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • A deep understanding of media performance measurement frameworks, including MMM, MTA, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
  • Ability to translate marketing challenges into technology-driven solutions that enhance media performance.
  • Proven track record in successfully driving the adoption of new technologies and automation within teams.
