We are partnered with a global brand that is searching for a Windows System Administrator. They specialize in building bespoke IT solutions for clients across multiple industries. Since its establishment, they have rapidly grown to become a household name within the industry and are looking forward, aiming to solidify their position with their partners.

The search for a System Administrator is due to the growth of a team operating on a project with a key partner. This team is made up of DevOps, Automation and Software Engineers, and to further develop the team, they are looking for a specialist Windows System Administrator to supplement and complement the project.

You come with experience in Windows Server environments and Windows-based infrastructure, working on projects and having collaborated with Cloud and Software Engineers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, optimise and maintain Windows Server environments
  • Identify issues early and provide efficient solutions
  • Ensure system updates, patches and backups are performed
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure best practice is followed
  • Ensure compliance with security policies
  • Support project requirements and deliverables with your colleagues

Your Skills:

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong experience as a Windows System Administrator
  • Expertise in Windows operating systems, Active Directory
  • Accomplished team player, providing solutions swiftly across projects
  • Experience in working on projects within Financial Services is an advantage

Due to the growth in the team/project, this role is considered high-priority. You will be a key influencer within the project, and your experience within Windows System Admin will be the necessary addition to achieve long-term success.
